The origin of this human form dates back to East Asia, specifically China. Crafted by a Chinese artist, this piece belongs to an unknown cultural group. The ceramic medium was used to create it, with a creation period spanning from 1950 to 1960 AD. Measuring 4.75 inches in height, 3 inches in width, and 4 inches in depth, this object showcases the skill of its creator. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the Artec Spider scanner captured its intricate details. Further processing was done using Artec Studio Professional and Geomagic Wrap software, resulting in a highly detailed digital model. This artifact is part of the esteemed Cravens Collection at the University at Buffalo Art Galleries. It was digitized with equipment provided by the University of South Florida as part of the Cravens Virtual Museum Project, directed by Dr. Laura Harrison.
