# tomato clamp I wanted simple, quick to print clamp for my climbing plants. No moving parts, the twine is wedged into the clamp one or more times. `plant_clip5-ring_001` is an updated version - which is kinder to plants (I also used PETG for more spring). It also is not as over build as the original design. Faster to print and less material. This STL doesn't have zip-tie slots but I found I hardly used them. Fixing options: - clamp string line horizontally - clamp string line (twine) vertically - slots for zip tie to go around stake - zip tie slots are positioned so you can screw through them to fence/wall etc. I used PLA, for longevity you might want to choose a more UV stable material.
