Tomas visited us at the Big Bang Fair and was scanned using a 3D scanning rig consisting of 96 DSLR cameras that capture a total of 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each scan. We relied on our friends at CapturingReality.com to process the data, whose software skillfully analyzes each image to identify unique points on each one before plotting them in 3D space if they appear more than once in multiple images.
