Tom Servo Figure

This is a miniature Tom Servo figure, standing at 6.5 inches tall. It's designed for a DVD menu set and crafted to be easy to print in sections and paint individually. A puppet version with movable head and mouth control is on its way. The iconic Crooooooooww sound effect is also part of the package. Servo was painted with Testors Red Metal Flake #1529. Chrome or white paint were also used on some parts. The base is a glossy combination of grey, white, and black. I assembled the pieces using hot glue, but CA glue could also be effective. For the gumball head, I employed this Ebay item: Clear Plastic Ball fillable Ornament favor wrapped candy look 1.5" ball. I trimmed off the 'wings' with a Dremel. There's also an included printable version of the dome that could be created using clear filament. Update: There is a 3mm hole through both bases and neck. A piece of 3mm filament can be glued down the middle to allow for head rotation.
