Simple, lightweight universal mobile phone stand created from scratch in Fusion 360 for my niece's birthday gift. This design accommodates all common smartphones up to 9mm thick. A simple light gift box was added with the phone stand inserted from the top for presentation purposes. Printing without supports is feasible by laying the letters down on the bed. This design is specifically created for standard 0.4mm nozzles and 0.2mm layer thickness settings. Additional colours can be used to enhance the final look of the printed object. Stabilizing the triangle stand in the gift box, ensuring the upper side remains perfectly horizontal, was achieved through almost invisible rails on the bottom of the interior of the gift box. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill Percentage: 20% Notes: Use standard 0.2mm layer thickness and a common 0.4mm nozzle for printing the gift box, which has thin walls. More colours can be used to enhance the final look of the print; pause the printer after printing 6mm and change the filament carefully. The printed corners in the photo may appear badly autoleveled due to issues with my printer bed after a nozzle change; this is not a model-related bug.
