The stand offers a convenient, affordable, and dependable way to charge your Samsung Galaxy S9+ (and other larger phones with TPU/Alcantra/... cases) without the hassle of constantly wrestling with the USB cable. Qi charging may be slower, but it's a pleasure to use - and your phone display remains visible at any angle all the time. The stand also features four slots for USB flash dongles if you need to keep them off the table. Notes: • The stand functions perfectly well when used alone with the phone (no charging occurs then), but it's not designed to be used without the cheap, yet sufficient Qi charger - available for $3 at www.dx.com/p/universal-qi-wireless-charger-for-cellphone-black-262306. • The USB cable from the Qi charger in this design version is free of charge (without any anchoring in the model) and runs from the top to the back. It works flawlessly on my table for months now, with no issues. Four small holes are available on the platform for attaching common sticky legs if your table or desk is too slippery.
