Tom's Protective Darts Case

Tired of repeatedly disassembling and reassembling your darts? Do you need a simple, one-piece protective cover that will keep your darts safe and flights perfectly aligned? This solution is exactly what you're looking for. The design was created from scratch in Fusion 360 with simplicity and 3D printing in mind, without any support needed. It's intended to be universal for softip darts with varying barrel diameters (up to approximately 9.2mm) and flight sizes (up to approximately 34.8mm). Choose the design variant that best suits your dart length, measured from tip to flight or flight protector. I have prepared three options: 148mm, 155mm, and 161.5mm. However, you can easily shake them out if needed or opt for a shorter elastic band when transporting your darts.
