Well.. my buddy's got a bad case of chronic Asthma and has to cough up big bucks for the latest, very expensive inhaler medicine. Looks like those big pharmaceutical companies weren't making enough dough off their first design, which made it impossible to accidentally press the bottle end, so this one is basically the same deal, just tweaked so your finger can reach it without spilling the goods, all while keeping that expensive medicine safe from bumping around in your pocket. P.S. - I etched some graffiti on it: "One Bad Mutha" to pay tribute to Tom's legendary badmouthing skills - JD
