Toll Box - Motorcycle Coin Note Card Box

Motorcycle Toll Box I've been fed up with paying tunnel tolls for years - you stop, remove your gloves, fumble for notes or coins, pay then stash change away, and put your gloves back on. The whole process is a time-sucking nightmare and has car drivers behind me getting frustrated at the delay I cause. So, I came up with this solution. The full system consists of a 3D printed item that includes two coin holders which rotate backward and downward to release coins into my gloved hand and are wide enough to easily drop change into the receptacle when it's upright. Each lid, when lifted, drops down into a slot at the front of the unit (away from me) to allow the coin holder to rotate freely. Each lid also features a slot for holding a folded note or bill to hand over. The right-hand side slot with the square cover holds a credit card that can be slid out using my gloved hands where tolls are payable by card. Two mounts are provided. One is a simple bar mount which I need to attach to the Toll Box using 4 x 12mm / half inch countersunk screws. I'll attach it to the handlebars using four cable ties. I recommend wrapping the mount point with self-amalgamating rubber tape first to provide a grippy surface. This can accommodate bars up to 29mm. The second mount is designed for use with sloping handlebars or flat surfaces and rotates on the back of the Toll Box using a crown mount. It needs to be secured with a single 12mm screw and then glued using a contact adhesive (Pattex works well) so I need to get the angle correct first! The full Toll Box itself requires assembly. First, I'll get the top lids of the coin holders on. To do this, I'll tilt the lid sideways by around 40 degrees to engage the right side in the slot and then snap the left side in. Honestly, it fits! Once both lids are in place, I'll put them in their vertical position and then slide the coin holders in. I need to trim the print supports off the coin holders and chassis first of course. The large square lid for the credit card holder needs to be slid on carefully from back to front. Directions given above are normal to a rider seated on the motorbike.
