I decided to put a spin on Makers Muse's tolerance tester design. The print is a fantastic idea and I almost downloaded his design, but I prefer to create my own and wanted to try adding a curved socket. So I gently curved the tolerance interface to make it more interesting. Additionally, I added a chamfer at the bottom to address those annoying first layer squish issues that often arise. The crank interface is a 6mm hex, which I happened to have on hand, and I figured it would be perfect for this project. Since I primarily use .4 nozzle machines, I'll likely only need a few sizes - perhaps .2, .15, .1, and the elusive .05 - but my .8 rig might require different specifications.
