Test your printer's tolerance ability. I mounted the slot on the bottom so you can use a screwdriver if needed. Sometimes, the item can be just a little tight and needs to be broken loose before it spins freely. I set the .25 tolerance on the middle piece, but so far, I haven't been able to get this one to work. I'm experimenting with my extrusion settings to see what works best. Right now, I've only managed to achieve .5, .4, and .3 tolerances using PLA. I've just started trying ABS...
