Tolerance Test
thingiverse
Just a simple tolerance test with cubes of different tolerances since I didn't find one similar here. 0.1 means the cube is -0.1mm smaller on all sizes from the actual fitting. The larger the value the smaller it is, and should fit through the hole more easily. 0.2mm works very well for me and 0.25mm slides through without much force I didn't go beyond -0.3mm because its slipping right through for me. Watch the first layer for elephants foot, you can flip the cube around and put it through the top of the hole if you want to ignore the elephant's foot. Printed on a FF Adv 4 though I doubt it'd be any different for other printers or slicers. This is my first submission so do let me know if it helped or if there's anything I could improve on. Cheers and happy printing!
