Tolerance test
thingiverse
To determine if your Makerbot 3D printer is calibrated correctly, print a simple test file containing six pairs of plugs and slots with decreasing tolerances. Labeled Pair#0 represents an ideal fit, while Pair#1 through Pair#5 have increasingly loose fits. If you experience a tight fit with Pair#2 or later pairs, your printer may require adjustment. The test file is available as a single .stl file or individual files for each pair. The design was created using Google Sketchup and the source file can be accessed at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:52946.
With this file you will be able to print Tolerance test with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Tolerance test.
