Tolerance test

Tolerance test

thingiverse

I'm inspired by the Maker's Muse test, but I couldn't find a similar one with pin force measurements. I stumbled upon another test that was close, but it didn't have the same features as the original. You can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QhYpQ7TOjY To balance plastic usage and print time, I had to make some adjustments. Despite this, the design still allows for testing of z-wobble imperfections. My GeeeTech Prusa I3 3D printer managed to achieve a 0.3mm clearance with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. However, the 0.1mm and 0.2mm settings were completely unworkable. I hope you enjoy testing this design! Let me know what you think about it. Best regards, Soren
