The other AEP hoppers seem to function just fine, but the Vz61's is clearly underperforming, or at least mine was. Once I got it working on HPA, I discovered it couldn't lift a 0.28g BB properly. This mod should now enable any usable weight to hop efficiently. To make this upgrade, you'll need: - A 5mm M5 grub screw - An M5 tap - A 1.4mm drill bit to enlarge the pivot hole, unless your printer is more precise than mine - An optional 3mm spring for under the arm Just thread the grub screw into place and then assemble it. You can adjust the hop by pulling back the charging handle as you normally would. I've added three different arms to this mod, and the flathop one has proven to be the most effective: - AEG nub - Solid nub - Flathop nub * Added flathop nub arm on April 26, 2018
