I built a low profile magazine floor plate for the Tokyo Marui HK45 Airsoft GBB Pistol to increase my pouch capacity. It performs flawlessly. The design allows me to fit more magazines in my gear without any issues. To give you an idea, it looks similar to this - https://tinyurl.com/yaakhkb9 You don't need a complete disassembly of the magazine to install the new floor plate, but you do have to remove the gas fill stem by unscrewing it. The actual base of the magazine can remain in place.
