Tokaido Organiser Mods (remix)

<p>Great work by Velvinator on the OP Tokaido organiser, but I wanted to add the extra tabletop components to the box too, so hollowed out the miscellaneous box. To fit the coinholder, I had to reduce the size of the token holder that notched into the box.</p><p>I added a divider for the player cards.
