Toiletpaperbox Vasemode (Remix of Customizable Satisfying Twist Container)

I use a lot of toiletpaper. I have it in every room of my appartment. Mostly I use it in the Kitchen to clean up drippings and such things. On the Prusa site I saw this thing: https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/51351-kryt-na-toaletni-papir-s-otvorem-na-odtrhavani It looks already good for me, but it was not handy enough for me - there was no bottom. I love and use a lot this following thing - I can't adress it correct as a remix, so here is the Link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2239307 I love this so much because it is flexibel, easy and fast to print. I created two kind of this, so you can combine it like you wish. The 100 mm height is a little bit higher than a toiletpaperroll, so you do have a little airplay within the box. The 75 mm height is approx 3/4 of the height of the toiletpaperroll and you can adjust the tension to your needings. If the play is too big and both part tend too loosen easely, I recomend the 100 mm height. Or you combine the 100 mm as inner part and the 75 mm as outer part if there is not enough play and it is very difficult to open it, if it is pushed down to the bottom. In this combination you do have more surface and therefore more grip. Now you have a little Tissuebox you can easely move arround and reuse if it is empty. And it looks pretty good on every Desktop, Countertop, Coffee table, Sideboard etc. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.16 Infill: 0% Filament: Nunus PETG white Notes: Layer height: 0.16 Line width/Extrusion Width: 0.8* Speed: 60 mm/sec or slower (30 mm/sec Wall)** Minimum layer time: 6s Temperature: +10/15 C° Fan: 50%** Yes, it is possible to change the width of the line, up to 0.8 mm even with a nozzle from 0.4 mm **:Only for PLA and for better interlayer adhesion, but if the overhang are wrong, increased to 100 as well. (PETG 100%, ABS 0%) Post-Printing After that you just have to remove the cardboard core and thread the paper from the center through the hole of the outer part. Thats it. It look similar like a Tissuebox you can purchase and you can use like so. Under "Makes" you can see Pictures of the Assembly. How I Designed This I throwed the outer parts in Tinkercad and made a simple Hole of 40 mm in it. After this I throwed all Parts in 3D Builder because mostly Parts from OpenSCAD and Tinkercad do have some errors, like in this case. Thats it. Category: Containers
