We've encountered an issue with our new rimless toilets, where a small amount of water occasionally splashes onto the floor after flushing. This unsightly phenomenon has prompted us to create a simple solution. A tiny rim compensation mechanism has been added at the point where the water from the flush crashes together. This design not only addresses the initial problem but also serves as a secondary feature. When lifting the toilet seat, a pictogram becomes visible on top - a thoughtful touch that adds a hint of personality to an otherwise functional component. This innovative design was created using a single extruder and the MK3S's change tool gcode. To ensure optimal visibility, we printed the first two layers with colors providing sufficient opacity. The result is a multicolor print that not only serves its purpose but also adds visual interest to the toilet's aesthetic. It's essential to replace this part periodically for hygiene reasons. Regular maintenance will help maintain the overall cleanliness and effectiveness of our rimless toilets.
