This is a low-cost sliding toilet sign I made since our main bathroom door lock broke and no longer works, allowing anyone to walk in unexpectedly without knowing if someone is already inside. As we value respect for one another as a family, when we see that the bathroom door is closed, we simply refrain from entering until it's safe to do so. I created this sign in just minutes as a way to inform others that the bathroom is occupied. The design is straightforward: you slide the indicator into place and secure it with glue on the frame cap, which is aligned using the four small marks at each end of the frame.
