Printed in ABS at 90C bed temperature and 240C nozzle temperature. The part was printed on glass using Elmer's Xtreme glue stick for added adhesion. A 2-layer skirt with 20 outlines helped prime the nozzle for optimal printing. The infill pattern consists of 50% rectilinear layers, while a 0% cooling fan setting allowed for a smooth and efficient print job. This part features an 18-spline hole design, making it compatible with various valves that often come with clear knobs prone to cracking off intentionally. As a result, users may need to replace the entire valve to obtain a functional handle, but this innovative solution provides a cost-effective alternative at just 25 cents.
