Toilet Seat Toilet bril

I redesigned a toilet seat for someone with a disability who had been using an old one on a steel frame for about 20 years. The original seat was broken, and new ones were nowhere to be found, so I created a replacement. The final product is quite sturdy, with a total thickness of around 6-8 mm. It weighs in at approximately 2.2 kg. I printed the toilet seat using my CoreXY printer, which has a maximum build volume of 500x500x250 mm. The printing process took about 72 hours to complete, and I used a Titan extruder combined with a Volcano hotend and a 0.6mm nozzle, along with a layer height of 0.4mm. The material I used for the print is solid PLA, which has a thickness of 3 mm. After printing, I manually sanded the product using coarse-grit sandpaper (120 grit) to smooth out any rough edges or bumps. To give it an extra layer of protection and shine, I applied two coats of XTC-3D paint on top of the print.
