If you add a bidet to your toilet most likely it wont work without a spacer on your toilet seat. There are many versions, but have one thing in common. They fall off since they are stick ons. My toilet seat (Waterridge from Costco) has rubber bumpers that pull off. This adaptor fits in the seat then the bumper fits into it. Adds .7" of space. Not perfect. I don't CAD much. Radius and dimensioning is terrible, but it works.
