I Could Replace My Toilet Seat But Finding A Matching Color Is Impossible. A Hinge Broke On My Ancient Purple-Blue Toilet And The New Seats Available Are Not An Exact Match. I Decided To Take Matters Into My Own Hands. After Two Failed Attempts, I Finally Got It Right. The First Version Was Horribly Off-Balance, Putting Too Much Stress On The Joint. It Held Up For A Month Before Giving Way. But The Second Revision Is A Different Story Altogether - It's Been Holding Strong For Almost A Year Now.
