I replace Bemis with American made Bemis toilet seats constantly breaking at the bracket/hinge holding the lower seat portion on the right side. This working fix addresses that bracket/hinge issue. It should be printed with supports to ensure stability. The hole was a bit tight initially, but after adjusting it, the part fits snugly onto the post. I used a tree support for the top inner radius of the hole and wonder if this was entirely necessary. I recommend printing it solid as it must withstand the weight of an American made wood toilet seat. It is crucial to use sturdy materials. I did not include screw holes in the bracket for attaching to the seat, unsure how it would line up. Instead, I drilled them after installation.
