Toilet seat alignment blocks - remix
thingiverse
The initial design was fantastic, but printing it as one single unit left jagged edges where the bridges had been. Aware that my wife would deem those rough edges unhygienic, I reworked the design so that all surfaces near the toilet would be perfectly smooth (lining up pin sides when printing). My spacing between pins differed slightly from the original, so I relocated them. If you need to do the same, simply move the half pin. That way, your full pin and through-hole will still align properly. Printing two of each piece was necessary, as I used PLA. A small amount of Loctite Superglue gel on the bottom half piece on each side of the pin, followed by inserting it through the upper piece so that both pins face upwards, was the next step. You may want to perform a dry fit before adding glue for optimal results.
