Toilet Roll Holder 'Clear & Clean'

This is my third toilet roll holder design. The hanger is made from bendable acrylic glass, the roll is assembled from 3d-printed parts that fit together perfectly. Spring-loaded tappets secure the roll in the hanger, making it easy to change whenever you need to. I've also included a stl file for the hanger, so if you don't have access to a cnc-router, you can still make one at home. I used my Sorotec BasicLine to cut the pmma with a 4 mm single flute endmill, making fast shallow passes and adding some liquid (water/methylated spirits) worked very well. Despite the messy chips, this method is effective. Next, I polished the sides of the hanger, then milled a mold from cheap wood where I mounted the hanger. After that, I put it in the oven at 170 °C for about 10 minutes, and then carefully bent the part while wearing gloves. The inner assembly was printed on my Creality Ender 3 with white PLA, and I'm happy to report that the screw worked right away without any issues.
