I'm in dire need of a toilet paper roll holder replacement, so I fabricated this one to take its place. My original TP holder's center pin had given out on me, being a relic from the fifties and made of wood, it was time for an upgrade. I salvaged the receiver and 3mm spring from the old one and then printed a brand new pin... You'll need a spring to get started, by the way. The tube is included in this design, but I haven't tested printing it since I didn't require it for my own use.
