I designed this support sleeve for the Zewa Smart toilet paper rolls I'm a big fan of.This sleeve is reusable so I avoid buying waste with each toilet paper roll und still have a smooth unwinding by pulling some sheets from the roll.To get this sleeve applied to a fresh roll of (sleeveless) toilet paper first insert the sleeve into the applicator tube by pressing the wings of the sleeve softly with your hand to fit into. After this step you can easily insert the tube with the sleeve into the toilet paper roll and then remove the applicator tube (with sleeve remaining in the paper roll). As last step softly press the cap at the open end of the roll and you are done. Please also check the pictures for details.I used PETG - no supports needed for printing. For the applicator tube I used the vase mode of the Purse Slicer. You can use the slicer settings of the 3mf or gcode files.Update after over half a year of using it myself: I still like using it for smooth unrolling the sheets and the prints (I use two instances for swapping the rolls) still work fine. Some wings got some cracks, but still work as desired (and no one is seeing those anyway). However, the teeth of the optional cap break easily and does not have the desired advantage look nicer - I stopped using it with no regrets.
