This is my first design. I got tired of toilet paper rolls growing to be bigger than my ceramic fixture in the wall. I designed these "splints" to set on the outside of the existing fixture and extend the holes for the roll-holder to mount into. Small and large-bore holes for any roll holder. glue extenders to the outside of existing fixture. Hot-glue will not hold for long, use E-6000 or an epoxy (your choice).
