This is an alternative Toilet paper holder that fits on the Changing Lifestyles Safe-er-Grip Toilet Paper Holder. The one they provide was not long enough for larger rolls of toilet paper like Charmin and the top round piece would sometimes slide through the cardboard on the toilet paper which posed a problem for young ones. This design is much longer, and top is wider so there are no issues.
