I'll just spare you a DIY toilet paper roll holder design that's super easy to make. You'll need two pieces that can be split and rotated to create the lid. This design fits standard rolls of toilet paper, but if you've got oversized ones, you might need to scale up the model by 10-15% to get it to fit the diameter. Just be careful not to add too much first layer squish or the lid pattern will get all messed up. I made that mistake on my first print, but later on, I reduced the amount and it turned out great.
