This 3D printed shit ticket holder was created on my Prusa Mk3 at a layer height of .15 with supports enabled throughout the entire print. You'll need to figure out how to position the supports around the hinges, but that's relatively simple. I did use support blockers around the text and top screw holes because they're unnecessary in those areas. Edit: I extended the rod holding the hinges for added support.
