UPDATED VERSION: v2 is now an oval design, larger, and does not have a bevel on the inside. I have had zero problems with this new end cap.

V1 is still here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2929687

(There is a pic here comparing the two versions)

I purchased this awesome chrome toilet paper holder recently: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B074DTWL5F

However, the roll holder end is a bit too small and sometimes the toilet paper will come off the holder. Sometimes rolling across the floor, which is extremely inconvenient (duh!).

So, I designed a quick cap for the too-small end. Use a little tiny bit of blue tack to keep it in position (I rotate it slightly so it isn't straight up/down).

Notes:

Print it so it looks like a "U" with the opening to the top - you may need some minimal supports. After removing the supports I did some light sanding to smooth and polish everything up. I then painted it with some silver spray paint.

If you get too tight of a fit, increase the size by 2% and print again - YMMV.

Post-Printing

Minor clean-up

Remove supports and do some light sanding. I used some 220 grit wet sandpaper followed by 500 grit wet sandpaper. Try to get rid of any visible lines before you paint (otherwise you have to paint a ton of coats).
