My trusty toilet lever had finally given up on me, its handle refusing to flush the toilet, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and measured it carefully. To create a new one, I fired up SolidWorks and modeled it from scratch. The key to success lies in reusing or replacing the set screw from the old lever, which is crucial for a hex-style handle with well-defined flats on either side, approximately 0.170 inches apart.
