Toilet in use plate

I'm really frustrated that someone hung a plate on my toilet. It's just so infuriating to see something as mundane as a plate being used in such an absurd way. Who does this sort of thing, anyway? It's not like I asked for it or anything. And now I have to worry about the cleanliness of my toilet, thanks to some thoughtless person who decided to hang a plate there.
