This is a replacement toilet flapper with unique dimensions. The lower bulb measures 40 mm in diameter at its widest point and 32 mm in length. The top "brim" has a diameter of 100 mm and stands 12 mm high. Two distinct fins extend from the back, reaching about 50 mm away from the brim. I printed this design using flexible filament (Polyflex), allowing for easy attachment to the float/fill valve post. There are two different bulb styles available: Flapper_Bulb_Solid and Flapper_Bulb_Hollow. The bottom bulb is separated from the top brim, making it possible to print them separately without needing supports. However, you will need to glue these two parts together for a complete assembly, aided by pilot dimples on both components for precise alignment. You may require coating this item with a waterproof material (such as XTC-3D or epoxy resin) depending on your print settings. Additionally, the durability of 3D printed materials in chlorinated water is unclear, and some plastics like polyurethane and PETG have shown instability in such environments.
