Needed a toilet flapper during lockdown in 2020. Could not make it to the hardware store, so I had to create one myself. Used TPE 85A with 50% infill, two outlines, and eight top solid layers to get a nice finish for the seal. Turned off retraction to avoid stringing, which is why you see all the stringing. Burned off the excess material with a mini torch. Used a 4mm piece of polycarbonate cut to the same size as my bed glass. Applied 3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MP to stick it to the glass and sanded the polycarbonate with 220 grit to get the TPE to adhere properly. Flip the bed over to the glass side when printing anything other than TPE or TPU. Happy flushing!
