This adapter solves the issue that bidet owners are all too familiar with. After installing a bidet, the toilet seat sits higher than intended, causing it to not fit properly on the bowl. When the seat doesn't sit right on the toilet, excessive force is applied to both the seat and the bidet, which can lead to damage to either one. My own bidet (Biobidet Neo 120) is 10mm thick in the bumper section, matching this adapter's design. I developed this product after my bidet started leaking due to cracked internal tubing caused by stress from an uneven seat. Other solutions for this problem involve gluing or screwing bumpers to the toilet seat, but these methods don't work well on plastic toilet seats. This solution works on toilets with a ~40mm rim width and ~48mm depth.
