This design enables you to lengthen the handle on a 50 HP Tohatsu outboard motor. The addition of a jack plate boosts lift and facilitates the installation of two Minn Kota Talons. Following the jack plate install, however, the handle was pushed back too far for easy access. I also reinforced the handle with black athletic tape to improve grip security.
