I just whipped up a super basic replica of the key for my 5bhp Tohatsu outboard motor after mine snapped in two, and lo and behold, it works like a charm! It saved me a pretty penny, too. Plus, it floats, which can be a lifesaver in certain situations. Print Settings Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: None needed Supports: Not required Resolution: 0.2mm precision Infill: Full 100% fill to make it rock solid, since the pressure is focused on the outside edges of the opening.
