Toggle lever - Workpiece carrier

High-current components rely on the toggle lever as a positioning unit for contacting. With a single movement, the workpiece is lifted within a defined stroke and simultaneously plugs the contacts together. Initially, the workpiece is spring-loaded to the upper-end position before the contact is fed in. By incorporating numerous MISUMI components into the assembly, the mechanism becomes significantly more efficient. The toggle lever principle ensures that high force is maintained at the contact's defined end position with minimal actuating forces required.
