Ultimaker 2+ machine - ABS material (ultimaker vendor) - Solid infill & normal quality - 0.4mm nozzle - STL part in mm units Alternative approach to building a stronger clamp, typically made by ABS or PLA, involves modifying the design at main stress points or linked attachments with bearing inserts out of nylon material. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: • The toggle clamp was inspired by "Toggle Clamp" designed by Funy. • Modification designs were inspired to build most of the assembly out of affordable materials (ABS or PLA) and strengthen it using bearing inserts out of nylon material, • Mount design inspired a form, fit, function purpose. FUTURE UPGRADES: • Design is still in progress.
