Tofu Press

Hi!\n\nI've long been fascinated by the concept of a tofu press, but most available models were either pricey, hard to find, or required constant monitoring to adjust the pressure.\n\nSo I took matters into my own hands and designed one from scratch, and it turned out to be incredibly user-friendly - easy to print without supports, simple to operate, and remarkably effective!\n\nDuring my testing phase, I was able to extract a impressive 125ml of water from a single 340gr block of firm tofu that had been pressed overnight in the fridge.\n\nThe entire press consists of four distinct components: the body, lid, pressing lid, and pressing pole - all measuring less than 20cm in length and requiring only around 250gr of material to produce.\n\nThe body itself comes in two versions:\n1.- With strategically placed holes for effortless draining.\n2.- A solid design that eliminates the need for an external container, making it ideal for easy pressing.\n\nFor added convenience, I've also included an optional base that elevates the bottom of the body with holes, allowing water to flow freely even on flat surfaces.\n\nThis innovative press utilizes elastic bands to adjust pressure according to the texture of your tofu, ensuring a perfect outcome every time.\n\nTo simplify the process, simply place the elastic bands on the lid before attaching it in place.
