Tofu Press (Two Panel Vice Design)

**PLEASE READ PRINT SETTINGS AND NOTES** I've discovered numerous box design Tofu Presses on Thingiverse, but surprisingly few two-panel vice designs are available. Four parts need to be printed, with two requiring duplicates. Construction and operation involve the following steps: 1: Insert both screws into the base from below. The curve on the screw stand should align perfectly with the curvature of the base (They can be glued in place, but work fine without glue as long as pressure is applied to the base when the handles are tightened). 2: Place tofu (or any food item you're trying to flatten) between paper towels in the center of the base atop grooves. 3: Position the top press over screw rods by aligning the holes. The flat side of the top should face upwards, with the grooves creating a sandwich with the base (similar to a George Foreman grill). 4: Place handles over each screw rod and twist until tofu is compressed tightly. 5: Wait approximately 30 minutes or until water stops draining from the tofu (Tighten as necessary to remove all excess liquid). Dispose of excess water in the sink and discard paper towels.
