Tofu Press
thingiverse
Inspired by [a tofu press found here on Thingiverse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1428542) I decided to have a go at creating one of my own. This one is built on the same principle with a screw attached to a lid pressing on a plate inside of the box to put the tofu under pressure. This design can be printed without the use of supports. I also added a stand to put the box on top of in the sink when pouring the coagulated soymilk into the press. The box can be put inside of the stand turned upside down when storing it. The box is fairly big to allow for bean curd from 500 grams of soy beans to go into it easily. Make sure to use food safe filament when printing (I used add:north PETG after checking with them that it could be used for this application). I have tried this design a few times and it has worked well so far but I have no idea how it works over time. Enjoy!
