Tofu-like 65% keyboard case
thingiverse
I decided to create my own acrylic Tofu 65 case because it wasn't in stock and I didn't want to wait. So, I thought I'd give 3D printing a try. The design features a 7-degree angle, just like the original Tofu. I designed it from scratch using Fusion 360, which is now available for hobbyists thanks to Adobe. Unfortunately, my Ender 3 Pro has limitations that prevented me from printing the entire case at once, so I had to split it into sections. To improve adhesion and finish, I need to work on those areas. I built a 65% keyboard (kbd67 rev2) with a blocker because I love that layout. I also made a version without a blocker for comparison. Additionally, there's a single-piece design for large printers as well as the split version. The case mounts are sized specifically for 5mm long M2 standoffs, which can be found on Amazon.
