TOESH - Totally overengineered spool holder for CraftBot Printers

Introducing TOESH: my totally overengineered spool holder for the CraftBot FLOW series (and possibly the older models too). The spool holder can be attached directly over the printheads and is intended for flexible materials. The spool holder can be fixed to the printer casing with a plastic screw. As the IDEX, the spool holder comes with two heads :-) A normal one for a 20mm (outer diameter) pipe, one with a ball bearing for smoother operation. Also, for changing the spool you can just take the heads off, the lower part can stay in place. All you need is a pipe (inner diameter >17mm or whatever fits on your ball bearing) and a plastic pipe (length depending on the width of your printer).
