Hurt my big toe. Designed a sturdy cast for it using precise measurements. Length: 50mm is its exact dimension, Inner diameter is 18mm and outer diameter measures both 20mm at the minor axis and 22mm at the major one. I added strategically placed holes to ensure adequate air circulation throughout the cast and included some extra structural beams to enhance its overall strength. This creative design was heavily influenced by: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:387792 UPDATE: Successfully printed the cast at a boosted scale of 112% which resulted in an approximate diameter of 20mm. The finished product however didn't fit perfectly due to its snugness but still manages to function reasonably well. It's worth noting that this cast wasn't for today's accident but for a previous toe-bending incident.
