Toddler Toy Lowercase Letters Part 2/3
thingiverse
This is intended to comprise nine puzzle pieces (lowercase letters j through r) that fall from the plate. The plate rests on or is glued directly to a stand, and a drawer can be easily pulled out. Note In the United States, the Child Safety Protection Act mandates warning labels on packaging for toys containing small parts. A tool known as the small parts test fixture is utilized to measure toy components. It is a cylindrical tube measuring 1.25 inches in diameter and ranging from 1 to 2.25 inches deep. It simulates a child's mouth and pharynx. Any object that fits into the tube is considered a small part and must have a label on its packaging indicating it poses a choking hazard for young children. This 3D object, at its current scale (in inches), contains small parts. The puzzle may be enlarged but is currently designed for a 3D print bed with dimensions not quite 9 inches by 9 inches. The usable dimensions are 6 inches by 6 inches. If you have a larger printable area and prefer to give this toy to a child younger than three years, please scale the design larger accordingly. (You may also want to edit the lowercase j since it has a dot that would likely be swallowed by a young child.)
